Provides a broad spectrum of guitar chords information (for the normally strung guitar), in a way which is suitable to both the beginner and the well versed player. It also provides aids for those who play more hands on, but wish to accurately document the chords they use. Based on some 35 chord types and all possible root-notes (includes all the enharmonic ones), it has available more than 4000 position/finger pattern combinations. The screen-shots of some of the applications functions tend to give the best view of its capabilities, one of which, is the facility to create any number of “Crib-sheets”, containing your own collections of chords in the familiar string/fret position grid structure. This can save you a lot of time accessing those oft played, but frequently forgotten chords. The screen displays are optimised for the various sizes of screens (and their orientation). This may cause some of the key displays to be split over two screens, but the functionality remains exactly the same, an essential requirement if you use both phone and tablet devices. Also covered are :

play all displayed chords.
search for chords based on full or partial fingering, showing all results found.
language support in German, French and Spanish (as well, of course, in English).
option to view left-handed strung guitar patterns.
Comprehensive “Help” information is given in the FAQs to ensure you get the best from the application.
