MDEC eTouch Portal is a self-service portal designed to help both MDEC staff and MSC Companies on their daily operational activities with the following objectives:
1. Provide one stop centre online self-service portal to MSC Companies.
2. Provide effective client support through shorter turnaround time in gathering information or status update.
3. Reduce Client Managers workload by simplifying and automating MSC operational activities through self-service portal.
4. Improve MDEC interaction with MSC companies by providing readily available information and services.

MDEC eTouch Portal capabilities for the MSC Companies that include alerts, notifications, company profile, events, programmes, FAQ, information directory, calendar, product listing, and reports. The site will also include an interaction centre which includes direct communication and feedback form for the company to interact with MDEC staff. Some parts of the site will incorporate Gamification where points and achievements are rewarded to companies for accomplishing desired task.
