The restaurant is managed by Stephane Colleoni (formerly of Bice and Senso), with international award-winning Italian chef Diego Charini in the kitchen. These two combine well to ensure authenticity and creativity in the delivery of the menu and service. Charini has worked extensively in both Europe and Asia, and is now putting his skills to work in Singapore for five years.
Currently, the dishes featured focus on multi-regional cuisine from across Italy.
Whilst both the bar and the restaurant feature exquisite interior design, it is obvious that both have their individual identities, and it is this balance that makes the entire operation so appealing.
