App can be used by small and medium business entities to manage and monitor their customer service support.

App has following features

*** Customer login
*** Admin registration and Login
*** Group ID for any business entity
*** Customer has facility to send TEXT, IMAGE , Location
*** A business entity with ADMIN can monitor any number of customers.
*** Notifications for alerts
*** its N:1 Configuration i.e there will one Admin and N number of customers. Admin can view all customer details on his/ her Wall . Customers can register or send their info directly to the Admin.
***To register as Admin, use username as "Admin" with unique GroupID during admin registration. Ask your customers to register with their own credentials with Same unique Group ID.
