The promising entrepreneur eventually established Jia Xiang Kuching Restaurant Pte Ltd in 2005, and opened their first restaurant at Chinatown.
The restaurant’s signature Kolo Mee is thus served with springy, coiled, circular-shaped noodles together with a generous helping of minced meat, char siew, stuffed prawn dumplings and complimented with a good blend of base sauce.
