The combination of these two businesses (Eastwood and Twin Creeks), creates the entire brand, ETC, which is a particular challenge in telling our story. Identifying two separate establishments under one brand was important to us so that the public understood how each one relates, why they differ, and what the combination of the two offer. We like to think of The Eastwood and Twin Creeks as sister businesses or branches, while they relate, they have subtle differences that make each place unique.
When a large event comes up, we want the host to have two venues to choose from, to make sure they are getting exactly what they are looking for. ETC allows us to share the best of both worlds at both locations, and will allow us to sell ourselves as one unit, not two separate identities. Our staff also rotates between The Eastwood and Twin Creeks, so creating one central brand that everyone would be listed under made the most sense for outside guests to understand.
