This app allows you to submit the requirements needed to arrange for this – 6 images and vehicle details. Upon receipt of these, one of our experts will be in touch to discuss this with you.
Help in a Breakdown or if you’re in an Accident
Our Rescue Me feature allows you to use your GPS signal to locate your position on a map for if you’re calling for Breakdown Assistance or for a friend or family member to come to your aid.
If you’re a Carole Nash Classic Car Insurance customer, you’ll know that UK and European Breakdown Assistance comes as a standard part of your policy. You can call for help from within the app to use this service and to take advantage of the cover this provides.
In the unfortunate position of having to notify us of a claim, if you’re a Carole Nash Classic Car Insurance customer, you can do this through the app. You can submit images of any damage, along with details of any passengers and/or witnesses. Upon receiving notification of your claim, one of our expert claims handlers will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.
