ecr Hotel App – FB 1.3 is stuffed with features and functionality to keep the guest engaged throughout their stay in restaurant. This app allows diners direct orders to the kitchen, saving time in waiting and improving the quality of customer care. This application facilitates a better interactive, intuitive GUI based menu ordering experience to the Android based mobile users to view and order listed menu items from their rooms.
1. Customer Section: Guests gets a clear idea about the entire list of dishes present in the hotel through the Digital Menu. The customers are able to place their order through this app and can keep a track on the status of the order. This app also allows the customers to check the present bill status. The customer can post suggestions and submit reviews from his / her real time experience, which can be extremely valuable. Guests can explore the property, order services and access a host of powerful features.

2. Account Section: Once the order is placed by the guests, the hotel management can keep a track on each and every orders; which helps to know the actual revenue received on daily basis. This feature will be really helpful for the hoteliers to manage their overall accounts.

3. Kitchen Section: This feature helps the hoteliers to keep a track on the number of orders placed by the diners. This also allows Chefs to plan and prepare accordingly. Guests find it very convenient to place orders directly to the Kitchen, thus saving their valuable time. The guest will have the complete freedom in selecting the menu of their choice.

4. Feedback for Customer: The customer can post suggestions and submit reviews from his / her real time experience, which can be extremely valuable. The hoteliers encourage the customers to share opinions, both favorable and unfavorable.

5. Admin Section: The admin can evaluate the reviews and suggestions posted by the customers. Based on different categories, the reviews can be sorted and viewed. The admin can also add or change new categories and also insert images to the respective categories. This helps the customers to view the entire list of dishes in the hotel.

The admin has the privilege to check the status of each room whether occupied or vacant, the amount received from each room, the daily work done in the Kitchen and also daily/monthly track on the Accounts section.

6. Greetings: This app allows the admin to manage and customize as many greetings wanted. The customers can receive automatic greetings during their birthday and anniversary, as the dates are tracked initially in the registration process.
