The Canning Employee Mobile app is for employees of the City of Canning. It allows on-the-go employees to access and action cases and requests raised by the community. Canning employees can use the app to submit and track cases as well as access contact information, case history and the current status of a case.
Once an incident is submitted via the app, it will be logged within the City of Canning’s internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. It is then automatically assigned to a team and a notification and reference number is sent to the user logging the incident. The reference number will track the progress of their case. Once the issue has been resolved, a notification is sent to the user who logged the incident.
