FMS is an international best practice that helps an organization to put in place a continuous customer feedback monitoring process. Your customers can provide feedback on the service using Android tablet device. FMS enables to quantify customer service thereby creating a measurement system to uniformly raise customer service levels to ultimately meet the set benchmark. The data is collected on centralized server for reporting purpose.
The app, once launched on the Android Tablet device, will ask the user to enter their user credentials for activation and registration of FMS services.

Steps to be followed on web to configure feedback form:
1. Go to http://trialfms.nihilent.com and provide first name, last name and email ID.
2. You will receive demo URL and credential on provided email ID.
3. Create and configure your feedback form as per mentioned steps.
Steps to be followed on Android device:
1 Download and launch the application on your android device
2 Enter the details below which are provided to you via email:

3. Select form group, select branch and click on load form button to view the feedback form.
4. Provide your valuable feedback. The feedback will be available in the form of report
