PharmaCODE is a customer relationship management solution provided by SoftDent for representative offices of pharmaceutical companies. This application is a combination of innovative technologies and SoftDent’s experiences gathered since 1998 developing, supporting and maintaining our software for Pharma customers all over the world.
PharmaCODE functionality consists of the following main features:
• Activity planning and reporting. Activity planning may be performed with accordance to targets, performed activities and plans of other employees. Activity reporting tool enables to enter different meeting types (visit, double visit, conference, seminar, training and etc.) data in an understandable form.
• Data analysis. Reporting services allow easy and quick creation of custom reports and additional features like automatic report generation and delivery, subscriptions management, creation of drill-down and drill-trough reports and etc.
• Data management and customer evaluation. This pharmaceutical crm database contains all kind of information about the customer in various data fields, moreover, there is the possibility to create custom data fields. Different type of large amount data, allows to set list of target customer or categories them in different ways.
