This application is for Takeflite Ops Manager customers to access Takeflite information useful for operations staff and pilots while on the move, providing information useful in situations when pilots and operations staff are out of the office and do not necessarily have access to a PC or the internet.
To log in, simply use your existing Takeflite login details and site name. NOTE: You will need to ensure that the Allow Mobile Service checkbox is enabled FOR EACH USER via the Setup-Users/Crew menu option in Takeflite, and that Allow Mobile Service is enabled in Site Settings.
The application provides the following functions:
•Flights - List of flights for a selected day.
•Passengers – Add new passengers and view all passengers for a day or per flight
•Freight – Add new freight and view all freight items for a day and mark as delivered and collect a signature
•Check-in passenger and bag weight update
•Reports – select which reports to run via Takeflite
•Defects – View all defects and add new defects
•Documents – View site documents
•Users – View user
•Offline store and forward
If internet access is available the app will load and store the most recent information on to iPad/iPhone for the current week. The application will also work if not connected to the internet and will use the stored information. Any changes or new items added while the device is not connected to the internet will be saved to the device and the number of pending items will become visible on the home screen. Once internet access is available, pressing the "Submit Pending Requests" button will updated Takeflite with all stored check in information.
For managers and owners our other android application, Takeflite Stats, may also be useful. It displays key statistical information for a day to give an overview of how the business is performing.
