You can use the site to develop quotations for your customers 24/7 and if you wish you can extend your inquiry via a shopping basket and end up with an electronic Purchase Order delivered by email to Torquepower at completion.
Such orders will be prioritised and manually processed by Torquepower Parts Staff during normal business hours.
Torquepower Parts Staff may want to contact you in relation to the order and will do so by telephone if that becomes necessary. You can specify delivery or collection details for your order just like you would in a shop counter sales or other transaction - and the ultimate sale will of course be charged to your regular trading account.
The app will still provide you with options and alternatives where they may exist.
To first access the site you will need your Customer Account number and a password. The password is stored and maintained by Torquepower and all you need to do is call Torquepower Parts Staff and tell us the password that you want logged against your account.
Just like Account Customer access to the the website itself, where you can also obtain your document copies, we trust that you will respect the confidentiality of the information to which this app gives you special access.
