This is DRMV's customer self service application for android based smart phones and tablets.
The application can be accessed from browsers as well:

With the help of this application, after registration (data required for registration: the Agreement Number can be found at the upper left part on the third page of the invoice, the Business Partner id can be found at the middle of the first page of the invoice.), without the need to visit or call customer service, at any time and from anywhere our clients can manage their accounts using only a smart-phone or a tablet.

The application has the following features:

Under "Contacts" the contact details of our customer service offices can be seen together with showing their GPS coordinates and maps.

The services within the application can be accesses with choosing the different tiles.

Our clients can check their own data, eg. address, water meters data.
It is possible to change user data like email address, phone numbers.

When a copy of a certain bill is required the user can get it with just a click of a button, and the application will send the copy to the registered email address.

Under payment history the users can view their bills' data, payment due dates, check the arrival of payments or their account's balance.

The user can check its meter's history, see the next meter submission period.

In case of questions, issues message can be sent from the application. Such a message will be immediately queued at the customer support center.

The application is also used to communicate direct messages to the clients from DMRV via push notifications. Such messages can inform the clients on next submission periods, due dates, expire of water meter credibility.
