It's September and I've used Lose it since May. I've lost 14 pounds. It's very easy to use once you tell it your weight and how much you want to lose by what time. It has lists of many foods out there, very detailed with restaurant food. It's a little harder to find grocery store food, perhaps because there is so much of it.

Making your own food is a big deal for me, I cook a lot. It's easy to add your own food It's very handy that you can chose past meals to reenter. I tend to eat the same meals a lot. Saves a lot of time.

You need to get the paid version to enter menus a day ahead or use wearable exercise bands. I tend to enter most of my food for the day in the mornings.

I use the app in windows 8, my browser, my phone and tablet. It's really one of my favorite apps. They also give encouragement in the form of badges and have a community you can join for the buddy system.
My weight loss and keeping it off is all the proof I need this is a great app.
